About Me

I received a Master of Social Work in 2002 and practice as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Either directly or through providing clinical supervision, I have worked with over 2500 clients and helped people address all manner of life challenges.

In 2012, I received a PhD in developmental psychology. This is a research degree focused on development throughout life and issues in developmental neuroscience. My research focused on developmental disorders, primarily autism. This is not a clinical degree, but the training greatly informs my clinical practice.
 
I’m originally from England, but have lived in the Pacific Northwest for many years. I’m a queer cis-woman married to a cis-man and have two young adult stepchildren.
